Prepare your community, school, and family for Panflu.

Are you tasked with educating your community, or preparing employees of your agency, business or school system about pandemic flu? Using the latest information from the CDC, ToucanEd has developed materials, curricula and courses to educate about and prepare for a potential pandemic influenza outbreak.

Courses

ToucanEd is training on pandemic awareness around the U.S. and certifying trainers in the process. Two courses are currently available, and customized courses can be developed for your specific needs.

Pandemic Preparedness Awareness Course CA-036-RESP–Approved by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the California Office of Homeland Security and the California Department of Public Health. Review all eligible funding sources for the Pandemic Preparedness Awareness Course.

The core content curriculum of the 1-Day Pandemic Preparedness Awareness Course developed by the Department of Health Services and ToucanEd is a thorough, informative awareness-level training on pandemic influenza. Along with the California Department of Health Services, we have made this course eligible for the use of U.S. Department of Homeland Security (D.H.S.) Office of Grants and Training funds. We have found the Department of Health Services and ToucanEd to be committed to developing and providing quality education and training materials to advance emergency preparation for all segments, and we look forward to a continued relationship.
