Talk about motivation! The pamphlet concludes with tips for effective hand washing.

If You Are Sick, Don't Go... encourages those who are ill to stay home from work, school, shopping, and other activities to avoid spreading germs to others. It includes information on how germs spread, how to know if you are sick, and basic self-care strategies.
