Communications Framework for HIV/AIDS, a UNAIDS/Penn State Project

Communications Framework for HIV/AIDS: A New Direction, is a Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) and Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) project.

The Framework describes the findings and recommendations of consultants on ways to make HIV/AIDS communications more effective in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Caribbean. It has been published in English, French, and Spanish.
