Need to find extended responses or performance tasks related to a specific health skill or content area for classroom instruction? Quickly sort items by grade level, skill, content area, and item type or module to create assessments that are tailored to your needs. This searchable database CD makes it a snap to find, download, and print all the HEAP assessment items developed in Phase I and Phase II. Shipped in a binder with operating instructions, this CD is easy to use and to identify on your bookshelf.

These CDs are available exclusively to educators in the HEAP member states.
