ToucanEd’s proprietary Pandemic Preparedness Awareness Course, CA-036-RESP, is certified by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), California Police Officer Standards and Training (POST), and approved by California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and California Emergency Management Agency (Cal EMA). Once the materials are produced your marketing and production staff takes over. They are very helpful and ALWAYS work hard to meet our needs. From their friendly greeting to the delivery of our product requests in a timely and cost effective way, your staff is great.
